Carrier feeds
We maintain 58 carrier connections and send EDI 834 files on the schedule each carrier wants. Before a file goes out we run a discrepancy check and send your account manager a plain list of anything that looks wrong.
Partner program
Partner agencies can include InfoNexus in their service for groups they place, with agency-level billing, a dedicated implementation contact, and training for new account managers every quarter. Carla Jennings runs the program personally: carla.jennings@infonexusgroup.com.
